Så mjuk och fin i materialet, satt toppen på min bebis på 1 år med väldigt gosiga lår och rumpa. Använde blöjan som en pocket med medföljande inlägg. Hade på många timmar och höll mycket kiss!

Fick hem hybridpocket och valde tryck med svenska bär på. Supersöt är den. Passformen är bra ,den sitter bra på min dotter. Jag gillar att den har dubbla benresår som hjälper till mot läckage. Funktionen att blöjan kan användas som både en pocket och en Ai2 är väldigt fiffig.
Jag skulle dock vilja ha med en liten instruktionslapp hur inläggen ska fästas och ligga för optimal funktionalitet.

Bra passform

Riktigt svenskt mönster och superfin passform! Älskar när blöjorna är lite nättare i grenen och tabbarna har mindre onödigt tyg. Inläggen absorberar massor och går att knäppa på en massa olika sätt :).

Så här har vi räknat:

För att ge en rättvis jämförelse har vi använt oss av Försäkringskassans sammanställning av individuella kostnader för barn 2024. Här är kostnaderna för engångsblöjor enligt deras underlag: År 0: 4504 SEK och År 1-3: 7479 SEK per år.

För tygblöjor räknar vi med inköp av 20 stycken av våra Tots & Turdle HybridPocket-blöjor. Dessutom har vi inkluderat kostnaden för två tvättar per vecka. Kostnaden för el baseras på det genomsnittliga spotpriset enligt Energimarknadsbyrån. Förbrukningen per tvätt är 1,5 kWh, vilket är baserat på Vattenfalls rekommendation för 60-graders tvättar (källa).

Kostnaden för tvättmedel beräknas till 1,5 SEK per tvätt och vi inkluderar även 0,5 SEK för vattenförbrukning per tvätt.

Our history

From idea to action

When I, Carina, finally became a grandmother, my life changed in several ways.

Previously, I had dabbled in sewing figure skating costumes, but with the arrival of my new grandson, a passion was awakened for something completely different - cloth diapers. Parents' quest for eco-friendly and skin-friendly options for their little one inspired me to create my first line of reusable cloth diapers.

My loved ones were quickly impressed by the quality and design, and soon enough I started getting requests from friends of friends. Interest spread faster than I could have ever expected, and suddenly I was selling cloth diapers to people I had never met. This unexpected breakthrough made me realize the potential of cloth diapers.

Driven by this success and convinced that more families could benefit from our sustainable products, I decided together with my son and daughter-in-law to start Tots & Turdles. Our vision is to offer high-quality, environmentally friendly cloth diapers that are not only better for the environment, but also for our (children's) children's future and parents' wallets.

No, it's not difficult at all! Here's a little guide to get you started:

  • 1. Choose a diaper: Insert or clip the inserts into the diaper - we recommend starting with a bamboo insert and adding the hemp insert if needed.
  • 2. Change as usual: When changing a diaper, put the soiled diaper in a diaper bag or bucket.
  • 3. Wash: Wash the diapers according to our care instructions and then let them dry.
  • 4. Use again: Ready for next use!

Cloth nappies are both practical and flexible. It usually only takes a couple of days before you get into the routine!

There are several types of cloth diapers: pocket diapers, all-in-one (AIO), all-in-two (AI2), shell and fold diapers.
Our diaper is a hybrid that can be used both as a Pocket (where the inserts are tucked into the pocket) or as an AI2 (where the inserts are snapped on top). It gives you the freedom to choose what suits you and your child best!

Here are some basic care tips:

- Rinse off poopy diapers before washing.

- Store the diapers in a ventilated diaper bag or bucket.

- Wash at 60°C with a perfume-free detergent, avoid fabric softener.

- Hang the diapers up to dry. The inserts can be tumble dried to make them softer. The nappy should not be tumble dried.
